HQMC is conducting a survey on Marine Corps Exchange, Fitness, and Recreation Programs. This is your opportunity to identify your most valued programs and shape how they will be provided in the future.
The Marine Corps is committed to supporting the quality of life of Marines and their families. To best meet this objective we are interested in your opinions about some of the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) programs and services you use at your installation. The results of this survey will be used to help MCCS plan to best meet the future needs of Marines and their families. This survey is for Active Duty Marines, Spouses, and Retirees.
The survey is being conducted by the CFI Group, a research company based in Michigan. Your responses will remain completely anonymous. No information that can identify you personally will be associated with your responses or provided to the Marine Corps. We hope this will allow you to be completely candid in your responses. The survey should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.
