Semper Fit operates a variety of programs for the benefit and enjoyment of the Marines, sailors and civilians at Henderson Hall. These programs include Athletics and Sports, Health Promotions, Fitness and Wellness, the Single Marine Program, Outdoor Equipment Issue, and Information, Tickets and Tours. Semper Fit also administers Unit Funds.
