Smith Gym Facilities include an Aerobics Room, Basketball/Volleyball Courts, Boxing Room, Cardiovascular Area, Free Weight Workout Room, Stretching Area, Spin Room, Athletic Training Room, Locker Rooms and Showers, Racquetball Courts, Sauna, and Selectorized Equipment Area. Smith Gym Services include equipment and towel issue, aerobic and martial classes and our very popular Running Club.


Smith Gym Locker Room Renovation:

Women’s locker room is under renovation. Temporarily, women will use the VIP locker room on the second deck. Temporarily, men who used the VIP will use the men’s locker room. Please be mindful of the signs to avoid embarrassment.

Smith Gym Basketball Courts will be closed Mondays & Wednesdays 5 - 6 PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 7:15 PM now through February 9. In addition, the Aeorbic & Boxing Room will be closed 8 AM - 5 PM January 24-26. Thanks for your understanding


Run reimbursement policy change

Beginning immediately, MCCS Henderson Hall Semper Fit will reimburse only the Marine Corps Marathon and only for Marines E5 and below.   »read more

Semper Fit will sponsor a cycling club!
Track your cycling miles, outdoors or indoors, and record them using the honor system. Semper Fit will tally your miles and award prizes based on miles cycled.
