Greetings from the staff at The Vineyard Wine & Spirits, your premium outlet for fine beverages and cigars at MCCS Henderson Hall. We have another great month full of tastings, plus a Wine Bottle Signing Event from Wente Vineyards representative Carolyn Wente on Friday, March 12. Read more about Ms. Wente here.

Events going on at MCCS Henderson Hall this month include the Marine Club's special St. Patrick's Day lunch buffet Wednesday, March 17, 11 AM - 2 PM. The club now offers a 30-item, all-you-care-to-eat salad bar along with the buffet. The St. Patrick's Day social hour begins at 4:30 PM and features the chance to win a Budweiser-themed mirror or a $100 Visa™ gift card.

Trendy in 2010: beer! Learn about beer at the Leinenkugel Beer Dinner with Jake Leinenkugal April 21, 6 PM, at the Marine Club. Chef Ray Chen has prepared a menu paired with selected beers. Come taste and learn while enjoying an evening of camaraderie. Designated drivers receive free non-alcoholic drinks all evening. Tickets go on sale Monday, March 15. Details will be on our website, www.mccsHH.com, soon.

Speaking of beer, the Marine Club is starting a Mug Club. For $55 you can have your very own pewter-like beer mug personally engraved and displayed at the club. Mug Club members also receive special pricing and a $15 lunch coupon. See any club staff member for an application beginning Monday, March 8.

The Lenox Presidential China display comes to the Marine Corps Exchange March 18-21. We will be showcasing place settings from the Wilson, Roosevelt, Truman, Reagan, Clinton, and Bush china. View these six beautiful patterns and have the chance to purchase Lenox Tabletop and Giftware at 15% (corrected from 20%) off. On Saturday, March 20, you are invited to a Special Order Event 10 AM - 2 PM. Refreshments will be served, and associates will be available to assist with special orders of Lenox. Additional Lenox patterns will be available.
