MCX & VINEYARD NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
Effective Sunday, May 31, 2020 the Marine Corps Exchange and The Vineyard Wine & Spirits will have new hours of operations: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

SPECIAL MCX OPENING HOURS FOR HIGH RISK CUSTOMERS
Effective Tuesday, May 26, 2020 MCX will open Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:00 am for high risk customers, prior to the general public. Custumers need to enter the store via the back entrance by the Capitol Deli.

MCX UPDATED VENDOR HYGIENE STANDARDS
To our valued Cosmetic Customers:
The Marine Corps Exchange wants to ensure the safety of our customers and Beauty Advisors.

All Beauty Advisors have elevated their hygiene standards to include frequent use of sanitizers, cleaning of work stations, tools and tester units.

The Beauty Advisors will service you with your cosmetic needs, however brands may not be able to perform makeovers and demonstrations.

We are open on all three shopping levels in the MCX - Main Store to continue to provide essential goods and services to our patrons.
The Main Store has limited capacity of 57 customers and the Vineyard with 8 customers.
We continue to maintain the safety requirements with 6’ social distancing, face masks at all times, and daily cleaning protocols.
Store hours: Monday—Sunday 10AM –4PM.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these changes and for supporting your MCCS operation.

FACE MASK POLICY
As the times and climate change, we must adapt as an organization to keep the safety and security of our Marines, Sailors, Soldiers, and family members in mind. Out of an abundance of caution, we are now REQUIRING Face Coverings to be on/in possession at ALL TIMES. This means, it can be around your neck, atop of your head (civilians), in a sealed zipped bag, etc. However, once the inability to maintain the appropriate 6 FEET of social distancing space occurs, you MUST wear your covering, by order of the Henderson Hall Commanding Officer, Colonel Robert L. Wiser.

Capitol Deli has New Cubside Delivery and Carry-Out. Place and pay for your order over the phone, Indicate Curbside Delivery or Carry-Out, and Head to drop off location & grab your delicious food. Limited menu $9. Call 571-483-1962 Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 1:30pm and get the same high quality and same great taste.

MCX RETURN POLICY UPDATE
Out of an abundance of caution to protect our patrons and our associates, MCX Stores are suspending exchanges and returns until July 1st, 2020. Purchases prior to and during the suspension period will be accepted for return or exchange from July 02 - July 22, 2020.

NEX Uniform Center at MCX
NEX Operating hours are 10am-4pm Monday – Saturday for now. The tailor will continue to come in on Thursdays to accommodate nametapes, branch of service, and/or insignia to be sewn on Newly purchased Type III’s (Navy Camouflage Uniforms). Dry Cleaning services have been suspended until further notice.

Behavioral Health Branch Updates
Your Behavioral Health Branch is available to you by phone and email during the current COVID-19 pandemic office closures. Our staff is currently working offsite to comply with OPM Max-telework requirements. Our work numbers are forwarded to us while we are teleworking so you can contact Behavioral Health staff directly. Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

MFP office will operate Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – Noon and will be opened/manned by the Managers for clients/ walk-ins. Limited/Emergency services only.
MFP Center will be closed on Friday with all staff at Max-Telework.
This schedule will allow MFP to continue supporting while mitigating potential exposure.
